PIRSA annually recognizes one student with the prestigious Bill Swan Award. The award is given to a student that has displayed dedication and commitment to the recreational program at their institution.
Bill Swan served Penn State University for over 35 years. His dedication to the University, the field of recreational sports and student development in Region I was remarkable.
