The PIRSA Leadership Team has identified key strategic areas for the Extramural Work Team to evaluate and develop. We are looking for dedicated members to help us analyze:
Goal Evaluation: Determining the core objectives and long-term goals of PIRSA Extramurals.
Viability Analysis: Investigating the sustainability and movement of PIRSA Extramurals moving forward.
Recruitment Strategy: Developing proactive strategies for recruiting teams to future regional events.
Hosting Guidelines: Creating standardized procedures and guidelines for institutions hosting extramural events.
Budgetary Framework: Reviewing financial guidelines, including registration fee structures and expense management.
