Jimmy Stinsman, Temple University
Current Position: Intramural Supervisor, Pennsylvania Student State Representative
Years Working in Campus Recreation: 4
Major: Sport & Recreation Management
Why are you nominating yourself for the Student State Representative Position:
Working with PIRSA over the course of the past few months has given me many opportunities to grow as a student and as someone who wants to hopefully find a career in the campus recreation industry. As I have experienced previously in the role as the PIRSA State Student Leader, this opportunity opens up many doors to make connections and learn a lot while doing so. I believe that as I transition from undergraduate to graduate school, working in this role will help me to continue to grow my network and allow me to get more involved within the state of Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. With my dedication and commitment in everything that I do, I believe that I would be a great fit in this role and would represent all of the students within the state of Pennsylvania to the best of my ability.
